Gentle Baby currently serves customers in the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost

Standard UK Delivery is currently free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Because we work with more than one fulfilment location, delivery times can vary by product. Most UK orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–12 business days after dispatch, although delays can occasionally occur.

If you order more than one product, items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different days.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates can sometimes take a short time to appear after the carrier first receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

Delays and missing parcels

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processes and other events outside our reasonable control can affect estimated delivery times. If your order appears significantly delayed, contact us through our Contact page and we will help investigate.

Taxes and import charges

Any taxes, duties or import charges that apply will be handled according to the amount shown at checkout and applicable law. Where additional import charges are legally payable by the customer and are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for those charges.

We aim to deliver within the timeframe stated at checkout or otherwise agreed with you, and in all cases in accordance with applicable consumer law.
